Paul Sutton
I grew up in the West Sussex countryside around Chichester and Arundel, and subsequently near the beach in the pretty village of Middleton on Sea. After moving away for university I returned but this time to East Sussex, where I still live now and with a family of my own.
I have worked in the travel and property industries for many years and they are my professional passions.
Outside of work I play league badminton and am a snowsports fanatic. The rest of my time is spent attempting to raise my young and very cheeky children.
Will Rist
I moved from Hertfordshire to West Sussex at the age of 16 when my parents set up some self-catering accommodation in Hunston, near Chichester. Since then I have grown to love the county and still live in the Chichester area.
I have previously worked for a number of travel companies and have a passion for exploring new places, whether that is in the UK or further afield.
In my spare time my wife and I enjoy cycling and walking, in particular in the South Downs National Park which is right on our doorstep.
Tash Mallison
I moved to Sussex from the North in 2018 for university and quickly fell in love with Brighton and the surrounding area, and have called it home ever since. Since mid-2024, I’ve been working with Inspire Stays across all things marketing and communications.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me (attempting to!) boulder, curled up with a good book, or unwinding at the local sauna.
