Paul Sutton
I grew up in the West Sussex countryside around Chichester and Arundel, and subsequently near the beach in the pretty village of Middleton on Sea. After moving away for university I returned but this time to East Sussex, where I still live now and with a family of my own.
I have worked in the travel and property industries for many years and they are my professional passions.
Outside of work I play league badminton and am a snowsports fanatic. The rest of my time is spent attempting to raise my young and very cheeky children.
Will Rist
I moved from Hertfordshire to West Sussex at the age of 16 when my parents set up some self-catering accommodation in Hunston, near Chichester. Since then I have grown to love the county and still live in the Chichester area.
I have previously worked for a number of travel companies and have a passion for exploring new places, whether that is in the UK or further afield.
In my spare time my wife and I enjoy cycling and walking, in particular in the South Downs National Park which is right on our doorstep.
Tash Mallison
I moved to Sussex from the North in 2018 for university and quickly fell in love with Brighton and the surrounding area, and have called it home ever since. Since mid-2024, I’ve been working with Inspire Stays across all things marketing and communications, with previous experience spanning the tech, medical devices, and events sectors.
Outside of Inspire work, you’ll usually find me (attempting to!) boulder, curled up with a good book, or unwinding at the local sauna.
